Qualifications

• Senior BA with functional and technical expertise, preferably in Financial or Professional Services.
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement or user experience.
• Strong stakeholder management: lead workshops, demos, and senior stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and identify problems, opportunities and outcomes.
• Elicit and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse and improve processes using current and future state modelling.
• Engage stakeholders to build consensus and align expectations.
• Translate business needs into solution requirements and support solution design.
• Manage scope and requirements with prioritisation and change control.
• Support delivery and testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to business cases and options analysis including benefits, risks and costs.
