Deloitte is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team. You will independently lead business analysis activities on complex initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and fellow Business Analysts.

Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, you will shape solutions that deliver measurable business value and mentor other analysts as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, or in a comparable role focused on business transformation, process improvement or user experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis activities on complex initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Work collaboratively with project, product and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Support business stakeholders to understand problems and shape solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Facilitate workshops and analysis activities to understand business needs, user needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore opportunities to leverage data, automation and AI to improve business processes and user experiences.
• Support and mentor other Business Analysts, contributing to the growth and maturity of the Business Analysis practice.
• Collaborating cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contribution to solutions.
• Desire to develop in a lead role and support the Head of Business Analysis to drive continuous improvement in the team's ways of working.
