Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role supporting technology-enabled change.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business or user needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Ability to analyse end-to-end business processes, system interactions and enterprise workflows.
• Experience contributing analysis to business cases and investment decisions.
• Ability to manage scope and priorities within constraints.
• Strong ability to distill complex information into clear business language.
• Ability to model and explain business processes to identify improvements.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds.
