Addition Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support national security digital transformation programmes. You will translate user and business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, work with delivery teams to prioritise work, and help shape MVPs while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires current eDV clearance, familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Lean/Kanban) and a solid understanding of the software

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience as a Business Analyst in complex digital or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder-management and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good grasp of Agile including Scrum, Lean and Kanban.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners to manage backlogs.
• Experience modelling business processes using as-is and to-be approaches.
• Understanding of minimum viable products, prioritisation and scope management.

Responsibilities

• You’ll translate user and business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Define problems, understand user needs and shape digital solutions.
• Support delivery teams with prioritisation, backlog development and MVP definition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Model processes and assist with testing to ensure business needs are met.
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements for delivery teams.
