Qualifications

Strong commercial BA experience in Natsec or government.
In depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Solid Agile grounding across Scrum, Lean and Kanban.
Functional and nonfunctional requirements, acceptance criteria, user stories.

Responsibilities

Understand and define the problem to be solved.
Translate user needs into clear user stories.
Help the delivery team choose the approach, prioritise work and deliver to an MVP.
Support testing and ensure functionality meets user and business needs.
Support the Product Owner in building and shaping the backlog.
Model business processes, as-is and to-be.
Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
