Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Defence & Security oriented Technology and Transformation teams in the UK. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and delivering data-driven insights using analytical tools.

The successful candidate will work across hybrid UK offices, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting agile delivery across complex programmes. UK DV cleared applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering requirements in complex transformation projects.
• Proficient in elicitation, process modelling, lean practices and analytics.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and stakeholder management.
• Public sector experience and ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, systems and data with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Define operating models and ownership practices aligned to customer needs.
• Support planning, testing, and quality assurance throughout projects.
