We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Wholesale Banking & Financing Solutions and Deputy Head of Institutional Banking & Distribution in driving IB business strategy in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Manage existing African FI relationships and enhance profitability in line with the Bank’s risk appetite and strategic targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting Relationship Managers to achieve departmental budgets.
• Ability to drive business origination, marketing new relationships, onboarding, and client retention.
• Proficiency in preparing credit applications and understanding financial statement analysis for banking clients.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements including KYC and KYB processes.
• Experience monitoring client financials, managing reviews, and handling credit limit adjustments.
• Excellent analytical skills, especially in financial analysis and risk assessment tools.
• Previous experience in the African market and French language skills are advantageous.
