• Experience delivering large-scale business and technology change in an agile product delivery model.
• Strong facilitation and senior stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex business problems spanning multiple teams, processes and systems.
• Define outcomes, opportunities, success measures and evidence of value.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery outcomes.
• Support agile ways of working to accelerate delivery value.
