Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define and own requirements for our ecommerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps. You’ll collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders in an agile environment to map processes, user journeys, and to-be solutions.

You will build domain knowledge across products and systems, document risks and dependencies, and coach junior analysts while shaping our BA community and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive BA experience in agile or scaled environments.
• Experience collaborating with development teams.
• Familiar with backlog management tools.
• Analytical, proactive, strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience coaching and developing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine requirements as testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to align scope and outcomes.
• Model processes via workflows and user journeys for as-is and to-be states.
• Develop deep product/system knowledge to guide teams.
• Document risks, dependencies, or compliance impacts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to document system use.
• Coach, mentor, and line manage Business Analysts.
• Shape BA community through best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Support Lead BAs with complex analysis on challenging problems.
