Job summary

Department for Transport is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to design user-centred digital services that deliver real value. You will work within the Create Service Line, collaborating with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to identify needs, analyse processes, and shape improvements that support policy goals.

You will build relationships, influence decisions with evidence-based insights, and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysing, documenting, validating and prioritising business and user requirements.
• Ability to apply business analysis techniques including process mapping and options analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
