Job summary

twentyAI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Data team, supporting complex Data & AI projects. You will work across Product, Change and Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.

The role involves leading workshops, requirements discovery, and translating needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery including UAT and testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in Professional Services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good technical and data literacy, with ability to work confidently with technical teams.
• Understanding and motivation to work on AI portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead key business analysis across full project and product lifecycles with a focus on Data & AI.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and tech teams to define scope and requirements.
• Lead workshops, discovery and process mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery, including UAT and testing.
