Job summary

Citi London is seeking an IT Business Analyst Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives, translating business strategy into actionable requirements and driving technology solutions from ideation through deployment.

You will lead AI/ML use cases, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, assess model outputs, and ensure delivery aligns with business value while guiding agile delivery and executive communications.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or delivery leadership role in an agile environment.
Experience contributing to or leading AI/ML or data-driven projects with collaboration with data science teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel for data analysis; familiarity with agile tooling.
Knowledge of BA principles: elicitation, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Strong track record leading cross-functional teams and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own requirements end-to-end across the PDLC—from discovery to post-launch validation for complex initiatives.
Drive AI/ML use case definition and translate model outputs into business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate AI outputs for bias, explainability, and fit-for-purpose before production rollout.
Champion agile ceremonies and maintain a prioritized, outcome-aligned product backlog.
Coordinate across sponsors, technology, data governance, risk, and compliance to unblock dependencies.
