Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work between the business and IT on a permanent, hybrid role. You will contribute to commodity trading projects, including metals, oils and derivatives, and mentor junior colleagues.

Lead or coach more junior members, manage stakeholders across global teams, and apply strong SDLC and change-management capabilities. Previous ETRM experience is a plus, especially Aspect.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services experience
• Experience coaching or leading junior team members
• Strong experience in Commodity Trading (Metals, Oils and Derivatives) and between business and technology
