You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Ability to advise and guide stakeholders on methods, tools, and standards.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements prioritization for large initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
• Ability to influence customer decisions on techniques and approaches.
