Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify process optimization opportunities, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Provide guidance to promote adoption of methods and tools, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Plan, scope, and prioritize requirements for large initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
• Advise on techniques and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
