You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Align business goals with effective technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements.
• Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
• Provide guidance to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders.
• Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for large initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
• Advise on techniques and influence customers accordingly.
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
