ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) to own initiatives from concept through delivery in a Birmingham-based setting with three days in the office.

The role requires delivering end-to-end business analysis across technology and business change projects, plus driving automation, data, or AI-related initiatives while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects
• Facilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirements
• Producing business cases, impact assessments, and process maps
• Translating business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams

About You
