Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions. The BA will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of middle-office and back-office operations
• Knowledge of Corporate Actions
• Knowledge of Fixed Income domain
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist in solution design and evaluate impact of proposed changes.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use cases.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business needs are met.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Domain knowledge in [Finance/Healthcare/E-Commerce/etc.].
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
