Senior Business Analyst – Salary £65,000

About the role:

We operate a flexible resource pool across our General Insurance portfolio, and you could be involved in large-scale transformation activities such as:

• Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
• M&A and technology integration
• Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation, and Data
• Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology

The role involves leading business analysis activities for projects, conducting detailed analysis of processes and requirements using standard methods, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.

Skills and experience:

• Experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering analysis for projects with budgets of £1m - £5m. We will ask questions on your application to assess this.
• Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies like Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE, and emerging tech such as GenAI, Automation, and Data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
