Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Portfolio team, working in a Hybrid role from Handforth Support Office. The role focuses not only on requirements but on solving complex problems, aligning stakeholders, and delivering real outcomes across strategic change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing other Business Analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions through insight, evidence and storytelling.
• Experience across large-scale business and technology change initiatives.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and modern ways of working.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll operate across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders from across the organisation to identify opportunities, define outcomes, and deliver lasting value.

You'll also lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, helping to build a high-performing BA community where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement thrive.
