Minster Law Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Product, Change & Innovation Team. The role sits in a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office, focusing on turning business needs into clear requirements and delivering practical change across systems and processes.

You'll bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, creating user stories, acceptance criteria and continuous improvements across the claims lifecycle.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and user story writing skills.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product, Change & Innovation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of change delivery, helping shape and improve the systems, processes and technology that support our colleagues, clients and partners.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business needs and delivery teams, working closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Technology teams and operational stakeholders to ensure change is clearly defined, understood and delivered successfully.

You'll play a key role in understanding how work happens across the claims lifecycle, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that enable successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

• Experience within legal services, insurance, claims or another regulated environment.
• Understanding of personal injury or portal-based claims processes.
• A recognised Business Analysis qualification.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
• Exposure to automation, workflow or AI-driven change initiatives.
