What will I be doing?

You will be joining the Project Management team as a Senior Business Analyst, providing business analysis services during projects and pre-project activities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading or participating in multiple projects, managing project documentation, scope, and priorities.
2. Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Providing leadership to team members and peers.
4. Demonstrating expertise in information systems.
5. Supporting efforts to meet customer and business needs, staying current with strategies.
6. Ensuring solutions align with business goals and IT strategy.
7. Facilitating process design changes through business and systems process analysis.
8. Applying business analysis methodologies and techniques, ideally with project management accreditation.
9. Having significant experience with project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
10. Utilizing business process improvement techniques and modelling.
11. Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
12. Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
