Responsibilities

Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams on Public Sector digital projects, ensuring alignment with Government Digital Standards.
Engage with senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction and analyse complex digital transformation programmes.
Lead business research initiatives to map end-to-end business processes, perform data modelling, and surface operational frictions and pain points.
Drive internal capability and thought leadership around business analysis and transformation within Olive Jar Digital.
Shape and lead analytical approaches across programme, portfolio, or scaled Agile delivery environments.
Select and apply appropriate business modelling tools and techniques to support understanding and problem-solving.
Influence the design and optimisation of business structures, workflows, and information flows using automation and digital technologies.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and delivery of objectives.
