We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be based in London on a full-time basis, reporting into the Lead Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Work on specific MRS-GM initiatives, operational tasks and R&D work.
• Elicit, analyse, validate, document, manage and explain business requirements based on project objectives.
• Provide operational expertise in insurance (finance).
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage stakeholder needs.
• Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress.
• Contribute to product roadmap and backlog.
• Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues and progress.
• Produce and manage business requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information on strategic projects and programmes.
• Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers/policyholders.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Insurance experience.
• Experience in delivering Finance projects.
• Strong detailed portfolio of projects and experience where they have led on collating requirements.
• Experience of complex ecosystems/system integrations.
• Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows.
• Skilled at meeting facilitation and presentation.
• Understanding of the requirements lifecycle.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of requirements.
