National Highways is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Digital Services team. This hybrid role involves advising on business change initiatives, supporting stakeholders, and managing junior team members. The successful candidate will leverage business knowledge to assess change feasibility and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

National Highways have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Digital Services. As a Senior Business Analyst in Digital Services, you will support and advise the business, programmes, and projects throughout the business change lifecycle, ensuring that change initiatives are aligned with the business objectives, strategy, and enterprise architecture.
You will leverage comprehensive business knowledge and experience to assess and advise on the feasibility of proposed options for business and technical change. You will also advise senior stakeholders on the relevance of business change priorities within the context of the wider organisational strategy and objectives. In addition to this you will also be responsible for supporting and managing junior members of the team and allocated third party suppliers.
Please note this is a hybrid position and can be based from any of our UK offices however, travel to Birmingham to attend team meetings will be required.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
