A bit about the role

We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst, working with the Enterprise Service team to design and deliver technology transformation projects across Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial, and Product. You’ll be part of the Solution Architecture and Design team, collaborating with BAs, Project Managers, and testing teams on end-to-end projects using your full BA toolkit (requirements gathering, critical thinking, change recommendations, partnering, testing, training, change management, etc.). You’ll partner with various technology and business functions, as well as external partners, to turn concepts into reality and implement change effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, delivering, and rolling out technology and process improvement projects across multiple functions, evolving existing applications or introducing new ones to enhance capabilities.
• Managing multiple Business Analysts and leading project teams to deliver complex SaaS-based technology changes, including hands-on work.
• Partnering with external stakeholders to prioritize and implement change, employing excellent change management skills throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensuring third-party providers deliver on time and to quality standards, maintaining effective governance and controls.
• Listening to the business and making structured, detailed requirements-based recommendations for change.
• Supporting, coaching, and mentoring junior analysts, sharing best practices within the analyst community.

What you’ll have:

• Experience in managing and developing team members, with demonstrated performance management skills.
• Ability to lead a team, coach junior members, and deliver high-standard results.
• Proven track record delivering multiple SaaS technology projects across various scales and complexities, with a strong understanding of all project phases.
• End-to-end thinking across highly integrated processes.
• Relationship management skills with 3rd party technology providers to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and making tough recommendations.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and escalate when necessary.
