Job summary

Humankind Recruitment is helping a London-based consultancy recruit a Senior Business Analyst. The role is permanent and hybrid, with 2 days on site each week, and a salary of £75,000 - £85,000 p/a.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis for clients, run workshops, document requirements and business cases, and contribute to project delivery across operations, finance and technology. A Business Analysis qualification (BCS, CBAP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analysis for consultancy projects.
• Ability to produce business cases, problem statements and tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with BA frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead best-practice analysis, design and initiation of business processes and workflows.
• Produce analysis documentation including business cases, value/cost benefits, SWOT, GAP, statements, training materials and test decks.
• Support leadership through collaboration with other BAs and peer reviews.
• Attend regular meetings with project teams to review deliverables and deadlines.
