Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a global SAP Finance transformation. You will partner with Finance and Technology teams to define requirements, map processes and deliver effective SAP solutions across regions.

The role demands deep finance knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with large ERP SAP programmes. The position is hybrid, based in Central London, offering a circa £70,000 salary with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience on SAP Finance programmes.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP/SAP/Finance system implementations.
• Expertise in business process mapping, process engineering and analysis.

Hybrid - 3 days per week in Central London

We are seeing a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role within a global, multi brand organisation. This is one of the organisation's largest and most strategically important global transformation programmes: the evolution and expansion of its SAP Finance platform.

This programme includes the consolidation of existing SAP Finance platforms across multiple regions, the rollout of SAP Finance capabilities, and the delivery of a continuous pipeline of improvement initiatives and business change requirements. Working at the heart of this global programme, you will partner with senior finance stakeholders, technology teams and third-party partners to define requirements, optimise processes and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

This role requires a Business Analyst who combines strong analysis skills with a solid understanding of finance, accounting principles and SAP Finance processes. You will act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, documented and translated into effective solutions.

In addition to the SAP Finance programme, you will support wider global transformation initiatives involving process redesign, operational optimisation and technology-enabled change.

• Experience within Food & Beverage, Retail or Logistics environments is essential.
