Job summary

Tria is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (SAP Finance) to drive a global SAP Finance transformation. You will partner with senior finance stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, map processes and deliver improvements across regions.

Hybrid role with 3 days per week in Central London. Circa £70,000 plus benefits, bonus up to 20% and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will play a pivotal part in consolidating SAP Finance platforms and shaping future-state finance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Demonstrable experience working on SAP Finance programmes.

Senior Business Analyst (SAP Finance)

Circa £70,000 + benefits (bonus up to 20%, 25 days holiday + bank holidays)

Hybrid - 3 days per week in Central London

We are seeing a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role within a global, multi brand organisation. This is one of the organisation's largest and most strategically important global transformation programmes: the evolution and expansion of its SAP Finance platform.

This programme includes the consolidation of existing SAP Finance platforms across multiple regions, the rollout of SAP Finance capabilities, and the delivery of a continuous pipeline of improvement initiatives and business change requirements. Working at the heart of this global programme, you will partner with senior finance stakeholders, technology teams and third-party partners to define requirements, optimise processes and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

This role requires a Business Analyst who combines strong analysis skills with a solid understanding of finance, accounting principles and SAP Finance processes. You will act as the bridge between Finance and Technology, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, documented and translated into effective solutions.

In addition to the SAP Finance programme, you will support wider global transformation initiatives involving process redesign, operational optimisation and technology-enabled change.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Demonstrable experience working on SAP Finance programmes.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP, SAP or Finance system implementations, rollouts or enhancements.
• Proven expertise in business process mapping, process engineering and analysis.
• Strong capability with use cases, UML and interaction diagrams.
• A track record of establishing best-practice BA frameworks, tools and documentation standards.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping shape future-state processes and ways of working.
• Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally.
• Experience within Food & Beverage, Retail or Logistics environments is essential.
