Mandatory Skills

• Business analysis within the insurance domain
• Requirements capture, scope definition, and documentation
• Data analysis, problem-solving, and gap analysis techniques
• Stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and Kanban using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory environment
• Experience with Waterfall project delivery approaches
• Data and reporting tools including SQL
• Testing support, test planning, or validation activities
• Modelling or design techniques such as UML or UI concepts
