The primary objective of this role is to provide business analysis within a Wealth management company. Acting as an adviser to the business, you will work at multiple levels using your industry experience to operate within a business change environment. You will be responsible and accountable for the business analysis work within a project, programme, or value stream.

You will be a highly experienced Business Analyst with significant expertise in understanding business needs and managing stakeholder relationships. You will also help shape and evolve the practice over time, providing mentoring and coaching to less experienced BAs.

At times, you may work across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.

What you'll be doing:

• Producing artefacts required by the project, programme, or value stream
• Communicating and reporting effectively within the programme, project, or value stream and to the wider BA practice
• Demonstrating correct behaviours and acting as a role model for the BA practice
• Providing coaching to support the growth and development of our BA Practice, including guidance, mentoring, and sharing best practices
• Coordinating the work of other BAs within the programme, delegating tasks, and being accountable for the work produced
• Ensuring the quality of work produced by other BAs meets standards and deliverables are met within timescales
• Working effectively with the senior project team and stakeholders, conducting investigations, and planning
• Managing stakeholder relationships across various levels of seniority, identifying and analysing perspectives to achieve consensus

Essential Criteria

• Experience in business analysis, including large-scale system and business change programmes
• Strong analytical skills in investigation, modelling, and documentation techniques
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at various levels
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences

Desirable Criteria

• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (full or in progress)
• Experience in a large financial services organization with knowledge of financial products
• Experience working on regulatory change programmes
• Familiarity with SJP's structure, mission, and strategies

Special Requirements:

• Potential travel within the UK or externally on exceptional occasions
