We are seeking outstanding senior business analysts to contribute analytical problem-solving skills to develop business requirements and solutions within the Student Journey Programme (SJP). This high-profile strategic programme aims to significantly enhance services for students and staff through new technology and innovative ways of working.
The programme involves multiple projects to transform the student experience from enquiry to graduation and alumni, representing a major investment for the university. Senior business analysts will play a key role in investigating issues and evaluating solutions to meet programme objectives and realize its benefits.
These roles offer exciting challenges within the SJP team, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver a core component of the University's Future Strategy.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in analyzing complex business processes, systems, and structures, identifying business requirements, and implementing improvements at a senior level, combining business change, process improvement, and digital solutions. Experience with University Student Journey, CRM, or Student Information Systems would be advantageous.
The successful applicants will work across multiple projects within the Strategic Programmes Office, led by the Director of Strategic Programmes.
