Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Digital Transformation role in Birmingham. The role focuses on owning initiatives from concept to delivery, collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.

You will lead end-to-end BA activities, facilitate workshops, produce business cases and process maps, and translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in digital transformation, automation, data, or AI initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused initiatives.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working on digital transformation, automation, data, or AI-related initiatives
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience producing business cases, requirements documentation, and process improvements
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
