Job summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term assignment in Birmingham with a flexible hybrid pattern (average 2 days in-office per week). You will shape change initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders and drive IT alignment with strategic objectives in a Higher Education transformation programme.

You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, map as-is to to-be processes, and apply best-practice BA methods such as stakeholder analysis, options

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process improvement, organisational change, and benefits realisation.
• Familiarity with delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to user experience analysis and modelling techniques.
• Understanding of financial, cultural, and technological factors influencing change.
• Ability to champion a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence.

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide expert analysis and drive improvements across complex organisational processes.
