Job summary

TXP in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology Division, delivering complex business and digital transformation programmes. You will turn business challenges into practical solutions, engage stakeholders, shape requirements, and ensure successful delivery.

You will lead discovery, workshops, and analyses across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and UX teams while mentoring junior BAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of BPMN, process modelling, user stories, requirements management, and data analysis
• Experience using APIs, integrations, and digital solutions
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Pensions, Public Sector, or other regulated industries
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

TXP is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Technology Division, helping clients deliver complex business and digital transformation programmes. Working across the full project lifecycle, you'll turn business challenges into practical solutions, engaging stakeholders, shaping requirements, and ensuring successful delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and business analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience, ideally within an IT consultancy environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN, process modelling, user stories, requirements management, and data analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git.
• Technical awareness of APIs, integrations, and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Pensions, Public Sector, or other regulated industries.
• Business Analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support analysis and documentation.
