Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Design team in Speke, Liverpool, with remote working available and occasional travel to the office.

You will deliver surveying services across public and private sectors, undertake surveys and reports, advise on compliance, administer contracts, and help drive projects to successful delivery. MRICS or MCIOB and a Building Surveying degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership (MRICS/MCIOB) is required.
• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent (HNC/HND minimum) is required.
• Experience delivering projects in public and/or private sectors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Undertake condition surveys and reports on defects, maintenance and improvements.
• Advise clients on building compliance, HSE, planning and Building Regulations.
• Administer contracts using JCT or NEC and manage projects to completion.
