Job summary

Qualifications

• HNC in Building Studies or equivalent.
• Proven building surveying and project management experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, and relevant legislation including Health & Safety Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality building surveying projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects valued between £0.5m and £2m, including contract administration.
• Coordinate and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Carry out surveys, inspections and investigations, producing clear reports and recommendations.
• Develop practical, innovative solutions by applying expertise in design, conservation, construction and project management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders with effective communication.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge while promoting best practice across Property Services.
