Unknown consultancy in Norwich is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join its expanding multidisciplinary team. You will lead a varied portfolio, manage projects from inception to completion, and mentor junior surveyors while building strong client relationships.

MRICS Chartered status is preferred, with experience in building surveying and project management across sectors. The role offers flexible/remote working options, a competitive salary, and opportunities for career

Competenze

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor is required or working towards chartership.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to business development and growth of the Norwich team.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage projects of varying sizes and complexity up to £5m.
• Undertake project management, contract administration and site supervision.
• Prepare specifications, tender documentation and contract documentation (NBS).
• Manage procurement, tender analysis, and JCT contract selection.
• Monitor budgets, programmes, resources and financial performance.
• Build relationships with clients to identify repeat business opportunities.
• Support business development and fee proposals for growth.
