Carrington West is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor in Norwich to lead and deliver building surveying and project services across private and commercial sectors. You will manage commissions, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of our Building Surveying team.

You will act as Lead Consultant on a range of projects, prepare specifications and cost estimates, manage planning and building regulations applications, and oversee procurement, contracts, and documentation.

Competenze

• MRICS Chartered or working towards RICS accreditation.
• Strong technical and contract administration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Associate Building Surveyor - Norwich

You will manage complex commissions, support and mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Building Surveying team. The position combines technical delivery, client management, and business development responsibilities.

You will lead and deliver a wide range of building surveying and project services across the private and commercial sectors.

You will be doing the following:

• Act as Lead Consultant on a variety of Building Surveying projects.
• Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and cost estimates.
• Manage planning and building regulation applications.
• Oversee design, procurement, and contract administration processes.
• Chair project meetings and ensure accurate documentation.
• Control budgets, monitor progress, and deliver projects on time and within cost.
• Support and develop junior team members.

To succeed as a Senior Building Surveyor, you will bring:

• MRICS Chartered or working towards RICS accreditation.
• Strong technical and contract administration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

You will receive a salary £70,000 - £80,000 per year dependent on experience, together with a well-rounded benefits package including:
