Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying and MRICS
• Experience working within a surveying practice
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Up to date knowledge of the market to deliver excellent client care
• Openness to travel within the Tayside region

Responsibilities

• Delivering a full range of building surveying services across a varied client base
• Promoting the firm's services and growing existing client relationships
• Managing projects from instruction through to completion
• Mentoring recently qualified and graduate surveyors
• Ensuring work is delivered in line with client SLAs and reporting requirements
• Travelling to and managing projects across the Tayside region
