Knight Frank is seeking a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join our Commercial Building Consultancy team in London. You will lead professional building surveying instructions, manage projects, and advise on landlord/tenant matters across diverse commercial assets.

You will mentor junior colleagues, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth while maintaining high professional standards in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• MRICS qualification and experience in commercial building surveying.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, due diligence and project work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver professional building surveying instructions.
• Undertake project management and contract administration duties.
• Carry out technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys.
• Provide dilapidations, landlord and tenant, and party wall advice.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of condition and defect reports.
• Conduct building pathology and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Ensure projects are delivered to a high professional standard.
