Knight Frank is offering a Graduate Building Surveying Programme in London starting September 2027. The role involves assisting with a wide range of Building Surveying instructions, including project management, contract administration, dilapidations, landlord/tenant advice, and pre-acquisition surveys on commercial properties.

You will gain exposure to a breadth of sectors and work with Chartered Surveyors on live projects.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: 2:1 degree in a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree (actual or predicted).
• GCSE Maths and English at least grade C/4 or above.
• 3 A-levels or equivalent (Scottish Highers/IB).

Responsabilités

• Assist in project management and contract administration across the department.
• Assist in preparing drawings and specifications using AutoCAD when required.
• Monitor client liaison and develop relationships within the market.
• Contribute to business development and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to deadlines.
