Job summary

Blaymires Recruitment Ltd near Southampton is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to lead project management and employers' agent duties for cladding and façade replacement projects across a range of clients including social housing providers and landlords. The role requires at least four years of consultancy delivery experience, strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel).

MRICS/MCIOB would be advantageous; salary up to £70,000 with a £5,000 car allowance, pension and 25 days

Qualifications

• Minimum four years technical delivery experience gained within a consultancy.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Pre and post-contract experience.
• Strong technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
• Good IT skills: AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Undertake project management and employer's agent duties for cladding and façade replacement projects.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project progress clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
