Job summary

Blaymires Recruitment Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to lead project management and employer's agent duties on cladding and façade replacement schemes. The role requires strong technical delivery, pre- and post-contract experience, and excellent client-facing communication.

You should have IT proficiency (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel) and be organised, commercially astute, and a team player. MRICS or MCIOB is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Project management experience preferred.
• Minimum of four years of technical delivery experience within a consultancy.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
• Organised, diligent and commercially astute.
• A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
• MCIOB or MRICS – Advantage.
