Job Description

Senior Building Surveyor role in North London working for a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy. The ideal candidate is chartered or working towards chartership, with extensive project management and contract administration experience.

The client has strong relationships across residential, education, commercial, and healthcare sectors, focusing on excellent service delivery across disciplines including Building Surveying, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, and Site Inspection. While mainly serving clients within the M25, they also work on projects on the outskirts of London. The company is experiencing growth, offering career development opportunities within a forward-thinking business.

Responsibilities

1. Providing expert advice on construction, renovation, and compliance with building regulations.
2. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and leading project delivery.
3. Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders for effective communication.
4. Preparing reports and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying and chartered status or working towards it (RICS).
2. Proven experience managing diverse building surveying projects.
