Job summary

A well-established building surveying firm in Greater London seeks an MRICS-qualified individual with up to one year of PQE. You will work on a variety of projects, including major refurbishments and residential designs, managing tasks from dilapidations to surveys. Join a dynamic and well-established partnership, renowned for its expertise in building surveying, cost management, health & safety, and project management. Since its inception in the late 1940s, this partnership has been at the forefront of delivering top-notch services across various sectors, including commercial, education, health, leisure, and residential.

Based in the bustling Liverpool Street office, you'll be part of a vibrant team of 40 professionals, focusing on the design and management of diverse construction projects. Working alongside a team of six, you'll handle a spectrum of professional services, from dilapidations to party wall matters, surveys, and TDD advice. Expect a balanced workload with a project-centric approach, engaging in projects ranging from major roof refurbishments to classroom upgrades, residential home designs, and CAT A + B fit-outs, with project values ranging from £500,000 to £3 million.

We're seeking an MRICS-qualified individual with up to 1 year of PQE, passionate about generalist building surveying. Ideally, you'll bring experience from a consultancy or private practice, demonstrating proficiency in autonomously managing projects.
