Job description

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy based in Colchester, is currently looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. They have a strong pipeline of work from their private and public sector clients across the South-East, primarily in the Essex area. The projects include residential, commercial, education, and heritage sectors, among others.

The Building Surveyor should have a broad range of experience, including Professional Surveying Services, Party Wall and Neighbourly Disputes, Project Management, Expert Witness, and more.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements

1. Hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar.
2. Ideally MRICS qualified or close to achieving it.
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Building Surveyor.
4. Ability to use AutoCAD is desirable but not essential.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
6. Full driving license.

Senior Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

1. Salary: £40k - £60k (Guide only - DOE).
2. APC Support.
