Senior Building Surveyor – £60K–£70K + Bonus x2 + hybrid

City of London | Permanent | Hybrid Working

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join a leading Multidisciplinary Building Consultancy with a strong focus on staff development and career progression. You’ll have exposure to a wide variety of commercial projects and professional instructions within a supportive, flexible environment.

• Deliver a range of professional & project services (TDD, Contract Admin, Dilapidations, Party Wall, etc.)
• Manage client relationships and project delivery

What You’ll Need

• MRICS qualified with 2+ years’ PQE
• Strong communication & team skills
• Broad building surveying experience, ideally across professional and project services
