Altura Search is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a forward-thinking construction consultancy in Manchester. The role offers a mix of professional and project-based Building Surveying duties, with exposure to Net Zero retrofit, due diligence, and condition surveys.

You will join a collaborative national team with strong technical leadership, and have opportunities to mentor junior surveyors and progress APC qualifications. Hybrid working is available.
