Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd is supporting a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor. The role sits within the Surveying & Project Management sector, delivering commercial Building Surveying services across the UK and leading projects from inception to completion.

You will apply a strong professional service mindset, manage contracts and work on residential/commercial projects with JCT/NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment.
• Experience with Commercial Building Surveying services including dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence and contract administration.
• Experience acting as Project Manager or Employer’s Agent.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Experience managing and administering contracts across residential and/or commercial projects.

• Lead instructions from inception to completion, combining professional services and project delivery across the commercial property market.
• Deliver commercial Building Surveying services across the UK.

Hunter Dunning is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor in Birmingham. This role sits within the Surveying & Project Management sector, delivering commercial Building Surveying services across the UK.

You will lead instructions from inception to completion, combining professional services and project delivery across the commercial property market.

Your Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline


• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment
